Implementing Technology in Practice: Factors Associated with Clinicians’ Satisfaction with an AI Wound Assessment Solution

Ƶ conducted a survey to gather feedback from clinicians (registered nurse, licensed practical nurse and nurse practitioner) who use their solution. The aim of the survey was to evaluate whether Ƶ meets the clinical needs of healthcare professionals, improves their experience and assess their overall satisfaction with the solution. The survey used a five-point Likert scale and open-ended questions to collect data from the participants. The observational cross-sectional study included 385 users who started the survey, out of whom 342 completed it and were included in the analysis.

The study reported an overall 81% satisfaction rate with Ƶ among clinician users. There was a significantly higher satisfaction on perceived clinical benefits among those who used the solution for over nine months and who assessed more than 100 wounds. Here are more takeaways:
